研究总监（Research Director）

Responsibility：

1.To build a high moral research team with excellent management skills & coordination. 

2.To develop business with new clients and meet revenue target.

Qualifications：

1.Over 5 years of marketing research experience 

2.Outstanding capability in business development. 

3.Profound experience in marketing research. 

4.Expertise of both qualitative and quantitative research Skills at analysis, presentation, and communication.

5.Proficiency in English, especially good at oral and written English.

高级研究员(Senior Researcher)

Qualification：

1.University degree holder in medicine, statistics, psychology, sociology, economics and other relevant disciplines. 

2.Over 3 years marketing research experience (preferably in market research agency), including survey development, analysis, and reporting. 

3.Expertise of both qualitative and quantitative research Skills at analysis, presentation, and communication.

4.Proficient in English, especially good at oral and written English. 

5.Must be team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal communication skills. 

6.Be able to work under tight pressure, with excellent client servicing

研究经理(Research Manager)

Qualifications: 

1.University degree holder in statistics, psychology, sociology, economics and other relevant disciplines. 

2.Over 3 years of marketing research experience (preferably with market research agency), responsible for proposal writing, survey design and development, data analysis, report writing and final presentation to client. 

3.Strong interest in market research, with excellent client servicing attitudes; be able to work under tight pressure and close deadlines. 

4.Must be team-oriented, with excellent interpersonal communication skills. 

5.Proficiency in English, especially good at oral and written English. 

6.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SPSS, with solid statistical knowledge.

助理研究经理(Research Manager, Assistant)

岗位描述： 支持研究经理完成研究项目以及客户服务的各项工作。

任职资格： 

1. 本科以上学历，硕士学历优先考虑 

2. 有统计学或 心理学、社会学、数学、医学统计背景优先考虑； 

3. 英语六级以上; 熟练掌握多种统计分析软件; 

4. 喜欢从事本行业，工作细致及对客户有耐心。

5. 另外，对于有石油石化专业背景、或者农资农药、农业化工等专业背景的学生，本公司将优先考虑。

采访督导（FW Supervisor)

岗位描述： 负责市场研究项目的数据采集工作以及相关的人员及代理公司管理、时间和质量控制。

任职资格： 

1.大专以上学历；英语四级以上 

2.熟练应用计算机办公软件 

3.良好的沟通和组织协调能力 

4.适应在压力下工作，可以经常出差

5.工作认真，仔细，主动思考、诚实，对项目负责，能有效安排好工作。 

6.能适应经常性的加班和出差。 

7.良好的沟通能力，较强的口头表达能力和团队合作精神。 

8.做事果断，不拖拉。
